A Maker’s Post is one of my favorite spots on Sullivan’s Island. Cute shop but service was awful. The person at the counter didn't say hello let alone look up from her laptop. When I went to check out the owner? salesperson? said "oh.... you probably didn't see the price. It's x amount" as if I couldn't afford it. I lived in NYC for years and have dealt with my fair share of snooty boutique people but this really took the cake. Stores like this are a dime a dozen; if I want an overpriced candle I'll at least go where the...
