A Maker's Post — Local services in Sullivan's Island

A Maker’s Post is one of my favorite spots on Sullivan’s Island. Their gift selection is always so beautifully curated, thoughtful pieces from local artisans alongside unique finds from around the world. It’s the kind of place where you feel inspired just walking through the door. The back room is especially magical, like a little greenhouse sanctuary tucked away in the shop.

Cute shop but service was awful. The person at the counter didn't say hello let alone look up from her laptop. When I went to check out the owner? salesperson? said "oh.... you probably didn't see the price. It's x amount" as if I couldn't afford it. I lived in NYC for years and have dealt with my fair share of snooty boutique people but this really took the cake.
