-SOLD BROKEN MERCHANDISE HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE DO NOT COME

We came into the South Carolina location at around 5:30 and found 2 items to try on within 10 minutes of entering the store. (This is important) we asked for a fitting room and she told me there was only one fitting room available and the person occupying it was in there for awhile. It was 5:57 when I finally got in the fitting room. This blonde probably teenage employee Then she said “heads up we close at 6.This came off very rude and unwelcoming as well as extremely unprofessional especially to paying customers. I gave my younger daughter the card to pay for two items, while I went outside. I asked my daughter how much the items were and she said 200 dollars (which was incorrect) and I was confused by the price so I went to grab the receipt which wasn't even in the bag!! I though she double charged us, so I went back maybe a minute later to the store to get the prices fixed and the employee followed my daughter out the door and closed it immediately after we left which was a few minutes after 6. So, I checked my bank account turns out it was only 120 dollars, but what type of business does not give recipts and I payed with card. We got home, and my daughter opened her necklace AND IT DID NOT HAVE A CLASP!! Do not go horrible customer service and poor...

ORDER NEVER RECEIVED-EMAILS IGNORED

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I placed TWO online orders for two sweaters that were in back order a month ago, I kept checking the website and saw that the sweaters were in stock and I emailed the store since they don’t have a phone number where they can be contacted. None of my 3 emails were responded to, and I was simply IGNORED, these people already had my money and from their lack of response it was cleared that they were keeping my money and the sweaters were not going to be mailed to me. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card. DON’T BUY FROM THESE...

I absolutely adore this boutique and the owner! From clothes, shoes, jewelry, candles, gifts, etc. this store has it all! I love everything I find and there are always fun new items in store. Exactly what Sullivans needed! A must visit, but if you can’t go in person they also have a website with tons of cute...
