I took my '03 Suburban here as its automatic transmission was not shifting into low gear when in "drive". Moreover, the on-board computer was throwing like 6 or 7 transmission related codes.

Kevin Wheeler, the owner, and his team took a thorough look and concluded that nothing was wrong with the transmission itself but the transmission's electrical connections. Kevin didn't charge me anything and recommended that I take the vehicle to the local GM dealer as they would be better able to handle tricky electrical problems. I felt bad that he didn't charge for his expertise so I commissioned that a transmission maintenance be performed, which was long overdue anyway. I got the vehicle back and ~3 days later the vehicle light went off and the automatic shifting was working again.

People looking for honest reviews, please ignore Doj Kahn. He is the scam artist from Global Transmissions (not even based in NH). He has left bad reviews of reputable transmission shops across the country.. all ones he has never even been to
