A few weeks ago I tried calling this business to order flowers for my brothers funeral. I was traveling by car through areas with poor cell reception, so that morning before I left my hotel room I started calling the business as soon as they were supposed to be open. I tried non-stop for over two hours and I could not get anyone to answer the phone and there was no ability to leave a voice mail message. I called a relative who lives near this business to ask if she would place the order for me. She too could not get anyone to answer the phone. She finally send an email and asked someone to call her, which someone finally did call so she could place an order. She asked why they wouldn't answer the phone and their reply was "we were busy". Really? I can't believe they can run their business like this and treat potential customers like this. Unfortunately, they are the only flower shop in this small town. If they were in a real city, they wouldn't be too busy to answer the phone because they would be out of business with some decent competition. The flowers that they finally took the order for were very well done, but their business tactics are terrible. This place sucks! I go there the day before, and they say they're open till 5. I went there at 4:30 and they have they're closed sign up. They say they open at 9 so I go there at 9 the next day. They have a sign saying not opening until 10. There are 5 people waiting at 10 for them to open and at 10:15 someone finally opened the door to tell us they're not opening until 12. The arrangements I got didn't even come close to what they displayed. Don't waist your time or money...

Called day before Valentines to order a candy bouquet to be delivered to the school for my son. Strictly candy in a smiley face bowl as a bouquet per online. They delivered it a day late and it was a plastic bag of chips, soda and candy. I called the business many times over 2 days and no answer.
