Center Stage Beauty — Local services in Sumter

When I lived in sumter I always shop with them. I shopped with them when they had their first store down town sumter. Followed them to their new store they open next to T.J.Max that's now close. To the one the have now Center stage beauty supply. I came into town today came to center stage to shop & was treated with Know type of respect the ower she was very rude. I'm not sure if that was here bother was up front at the Register talking about me as if I was about to steal something when I have spent so much money with them I will never shop with them again and the way they made me feel I feel like protesting... 99.9% of your customers are black and you need to start treating them with more respect and especially your workers...

Sign a very unhappy customer never again will I shop...

No refund or exchange for an unopened unused product returned 2 days later is ridiculous I didn’t even want my money back I just simply wanted to replace the flat iron with the correct size needed for my hair which costs more but I was super rudely told I couldn’t do so the policy is unreasonable the customer service is terrible and everything in there is double if not triple what you’d pay for the same products anywhere else and that’s if they have anything good nothing special about this store other than the location and now I see why their employees don’t last whoever owns this money pit needs to do better you definitely lost 1 today may not be much to you but the money I spend will definitely keep the business going...

So i always shop here but there is a new girl there i don't know her name and I understand your trying to be helpful. But following me around while I am trying to find the right hair and suggesting things that I do not want is not a good look. Usually time if I tell the workers I am ok I will call if I need them they say ok and go on. She said ok and then try to get me to get cheaper wigs that i didn't care for. If I say I want something lace don't tell me "All wigs look the same and try to give me something cheaper" Not very happy and probably won't go back there or if I do I don't want that type of help 💁💁💁Sorry just...
