We called to put in a pick up order. The lady (Aricella - I believe) was SO RUDE!!! She kept interrupting us while ordering, speaking very crassly because we didn't order the way she wanted us to. We would tell her "cheeseburger and try to say no tomatoes..." with fries and so on. We'd said that we wanted fries (again) with each burger (would've been 5 burgers w/fries). The lady snapped at us AGAIN because we did not order our food the way she preferred. We don't know how she takes orders. When we go out, we order one meal at a time. Finally, we said, "Never mind; we will go somewhere else." She hung up. We did go up there to speak to the owner (not there). The lady (Aricella?) was there and remained rude, refusing to stop interrupting so that we could explain what had happened. She continued saying that (in summary) we weren't ordering the way SHE takes orders. How are we supposed to know how she takes orders? The entire situation was a hot, rude mess with very poor customer service. We will NEVER go there again!! Read moreVisited Wells Country Store today to buy something to eat. I experienced the worst customer service by the woman serving the food on 8/17/2023. As soon as I walked to the kitchen counter she immediately raised her voice and asked, "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" and something else along the lines of, "[I AM BUSY.]" and mumbled other things. She was extremely rude upon arrival and while I was there placing the order. She did the same thing to other customers and the man she was working with or working for. I had to look around to see if it was a prank, or if they had a sign somewhere in the store that states they will treat you horrible while shopping there. I thought maybe that was part of the experience as some restaurants around the country provide, such as the now closed restaurant, Karen's Diner. Read moreWell my experience is I cannot get propane, I exchanged a tank with you last year and the boy doing propane seems to think the tank is expired and it is not. I called yavapai gas myself and the tank is good for 5 years after it's been been recertified so I exchanged the tank last year with you and it still has till 27 till it's expired. I was told by yavapai bottled gas, so I don't know what the problem is with this boy doing gas I really enjoyed the customer service that I had before him, I never had any problems prior to him so trying to give a small local business money is impossible at this point and I bought food, there I bought propane there, I bought ice there and I now have no way to get what I need...
