Sacaton Super Mart — Local services in Sun Lakes

If I could rate lower, I would. Constantly receive poor service from this establishment, ESPECIALLY by the owners. After standing in line for 15 minutes because the cashier was in the back, I was told by the owners that I needed to wait, that nobody else could ring me up. Sad. The owners walked by 3 or 4 times and I Expressed my frustration to them because I was running late to work and never expected to be in the store this long, and was treated like dirt for it. I said I spend money in the store often and they should rethink how they treat regular customers, and the old man laughed in my face. It's like because they know they are the only store out here, they can get away with being rude and nasty. The store is dirty, the shelves are full of expired food items, and the prices are so ridiculous, it's obvious that they are taking advantage of the people in this community who can't drive elsewhere to get fair prices on groceries. This community deserves better than the Robinette family, and I will be glad to see the day when they are long gone. Terrible, nasty people. That awful looking store is a fair representation of how disgusting the Robinette family truly is. someone should step in and end...

I went to go over, but before I went over, I called and ask what kinda checks they cash, the lady I spoke to over the phone, said we cash all checks , but she had to see what kind it is, as I drove over, I asked politely, if they can b able to cash this check, I gave it to her, and she looked at it, an ask why is my address from Maricopa , and what I was doing way over here, I told her yes my address is from Maricopa, and I live here with my sister !, She had this look on her like she didn't want to cash it, I didn't know you had to be from sacaton to cash a check at the store, was upsetting for me !!, And she cashed it, payed out what she owed, counted out on the counter, put it in a pile n turned around and walked away !!, SMH , I don't understand it !, If your guna say " we cash all checks, and ask why is your address from another town, and why your doing way over here " , she needs to learn more...

They have excellent customer service better than GRIC MARKET! I dont know how they're going to go about working with GRIC MARKET when they staff are so polite and helpful. They assisted with finding product in the back and mad sure I had everything I needed. They're smiles and greetings made there service stand out. I was looking for carrots and there was none left so I ask flouŕ for assistance and she went to the back and pulled out more for me.. very awesome customer service. My visit was great because they do what it takes to please everyone they run into.. I love the way they gave me the best time to go out of their way to make...
