I bought several pairs of Salvage jeans on Posh Mark for a good deal. The problem was that they were too long, two missing buttons and several pairs were boot cut instead of straight. I always like supporting local small businesses so I looked for a seamstress near my work in Columbus, WI. In a search Butterfly Creations fit the bill. Local and highly recommend. I contacted the owner, Poonam, via email and asked if my request could be performed by her. All told, I brought 7 pairs of jeans (all the same brand), with one pair that was a "perfect fit". I made notes on small pieces of paper and placed them in the back pocket. Poonam went out of her way to communicate with me and answer any of my questions and concerns. Amazing work at a reasonable price. I received my jeans yesterday and they all fit perfectly. I am amazed at Poonams's ability to take the boot cut and match the straight leg example. In addition, the attention to detail was noticed and much appreciated. I am extremely happy!!! Thank you so much Poonam for your time...

I recently had a bridesmaid dress altered at the top and hemmed at the bottom. I will start by saying she was a very sweet lady to work with, but my good experience ends there. I was given a date and time slot to pick up my dress and when i told her I was on my way, she rescheduled right away to the next morning saying she sent me a message to tell me and blamed it on bad internet connection. I never got a message. I finally got my dress, drove to Chicago where the wedding is, and then tried it on...which was all my fault but since I had to reschedule the pick up time, I was already on my way out of town and in a rush. Anyways, the dress was horrible. It didn’t fit. She then attempted to “argue” with me about the work via Facebook messenger. The work I was promised was not done. She did eventually refund my money in full, but then quickly blocked me on facebook to avoid having me leave a bad review. Avoid butterfly creations at all...
