I put a work order in at 12:30pm that double ride took out Internet and telephone wire called back at two wondering if it was gonna end up being fixed today yes it was. She said call back at 4:30. Hey tomorrow is Christmas Eve then Christmas two kids no Internet can we get it fixed please? It’s been four hours surely to God somebody can come out to fix it. Yes, they’ll do it. It’s the last work order of the day. Guess what still no Internet and probably won’t have it for Christmas Eve and Christmas. Starlink is looking good now. We relocated from TX to Oakdale, TN 8 months ago and have had a handful of internet and/or phone issues out here with my in-laws house. Each time the people manning the phones have been great and so have the technician's who have had to come out here to troubleshoot and fix problems.

This morning we had our phone and internet go out, so I called at 7:30am EST and the guy on the phone helped troubleshoot and eventually wrote up a ticket to have a technician come out. Chad got here within 30-40 minutes of my phone call and assessed the problem and fixed it. Good man.

My wife and I have been calling highland for a week now trying to get our service moved to our new apartment, and was told different things by multiple people. One lady told us they will be out here in 3-5 business days, another lady said 5-7 all while being told that they have only been open for 2 business days.
