I contacted about a care package due to yellow water for more than a week. My skin is breaking in rashes also it is causing me to breakout with cystic acne. My skin is scaring and I payed so much money to finally fix these issues. When I went to the office for help they blew me off depite me showing them the scars and the effects of the water. They said to contact the director that is hiding from any type of responsibility. It is no surprise the state has to get involved due to negligence from the establishment. My issue is small but I pray for those with medical needs that are not as urgent as mine to soon have clean water like all Americans have a right to do. I doubt we will even be compensated for the long standing issues from slimy water from too much SULFURIC ACID leak they neglected to notify residents until 48 hours later. Despite the notifications of residents we were ignored by management because that is what this business does whips issues under the rug, I’ll be contacting sources for help as they have no responsibility or sense of accountability. I am yet to receive an apaology letter for the inconvenience and much less a solution. This is the most poorly managed utility company I have ever experienced and if we hadn’t bought our house a year ago I would move out the area explicitly for them to not be my water provider any more. Up until a few months ago you had the option to mail in payment or pay in person, not even a pay by phone number. Not to mention that the bills mailed out were usually late and sometimes never arrived. They recently “updated” their website and you can now make online payments and enroll in automatic payment and paperless billing, which I did.
