Probably the worst customer service I had from a budtender Time recipient stamp 11:49am 2/21/25 I come here a few times this being my 4 time I walk in waited patiently for him to help a customer before me he was having trouble running the card credit took time but I waited then I asked if I could do the deal for 14 pre rolls I asked if I could pay $20 cash and rest on card he said no spilt payments allowed then I just okay I’ll do two separate transactions he said no it’s all or nothing I was shock by this attitude then 2 more people walk in as I asked for the pre rolls he told me to hurry up cause he had a line instead of asking if that’s it he said pre roll or gram for .25 cents I was confused most ppl say anything else he was so rude I just wanted to leave didn’t even get my wax products I will never deal with this budtender again the store amazing but when you hire people like this ruin the experience for people going...

I usually stick to the same dispensary, loyalty pays 😉 I passed this dispensary a few times & finally went in. The bud tender was very polite, prices were great, I even sent a few friends that way. My disposable pen stopped working 2 days later, I had the original packaging but was never given a receipt, i didn’t even think to ask, why would I return it 🫡 I called knowing they could look me up in their system and see the time, date & barcode (I had the packaging.) they had all my information, including my medical card. Seriously this was plenty of information to provide proof. Unfortunately their hands were tied (w what hemp?) They chose to lose 7 customers who spend plenty of $$$$. I don’t understand, I guess we all pick & choose our battles, it only cost $16.75 to get rid of us. Stay loyal to your favorite dispensary & bud tenders,...

Need to give the guys a shoutout. They truly know customer service. My car battery died after using the store. Rain was being horrible. Chanced the guys to see if they had cables. They did! And they helped me so incredibly. They deserve a raise!
