The crew that delivered and installed our dishwasher were awesome! They didn't say much but were quick and courteous about their work and it only took them about 15-20 minutes to do the job. They would get 5 stars if it wasn't for their office staff/scheduling services who ghosted us and didn't communicate about anything in the process. We ordered a dishwasher through Costco and Cervantes is the subcontractor they used for delivery and installation. We were told by Costco that it would be delivered and installed on 11/5. On 11/4 we got a text message from them saying that they 'overbooked' their schedule and that the work would be done on 11/10, we then got another immediate text saying it would be done on 11/8. Confused about it we text them back to try and clarify but they never answered back. On 11/7 I tried calling them to verify delivery and installation but they didn't answer their phone so I left a message but they never called me back. After getting ahold of Costco Customer support they finally texted us back and gave us a time window from 1:00-5:00 on 11/8. They showed up at about 1:30 on the 8th and got...

I have dealt with Martin Cervantes of "Cervantes Electric Service LLC for ceiling fan installations several times over the last two years and plan on utilizing his services for some larger projects in the future.

Martin's work ethic is exemplary and 99% of the time is on time as scheduled and the !% he is not on time he "calls" to explain why and when he expects to arrive. Sometimes as we all well know "time slides away" and there is more to a job than first meets the eye so it takes a bit longer. I know for experience.

I rate his work, his courtesy, his promptness, his clean up at 5 stars and I would and will use him again and again and better yet I fully recommend him to you.

Horrible! The manager is so full of herself and can't tell the truth about anything! The owner doesn't want to help at all! They caused major damage and half way tried to fix it without making us aware of any issues. They do return calls and falsified documents! No wonder they have so many negative reviews and only a 2 star rating! This company is worthless and should be ashamed of...
