My experience is a duplicate of the one posted 4 years ago, so I see nothing has changed. We own a small bar in Wisconsin. Our liquor order didn't arrive and when I called I found they had delivered a day early with no notification, it ended up being a day we were closed. I was advised to contact my rep and see if they could help us get our order. Since they only deliver every 2 weeks, it will be a month between deliveries. The staff was rude and very unhelpful and when I asked to speak with someone else, she just kept repeating that they had called us and there was nothing she could do. They said they came to deliver product but did not. They said they called, we have caller id so I know that's a lie. Instead of the company taking blame they blamed us.
