Biscuits and service was great in the beginning. But very short lived. The consistency and quality changed. Biscuits became dense and not buttery and soft like in the beginning. Long wait time and then the food is cold , even if you call ahead. Which leads me to the next issue, they rarely answer the phone and then an hour later send you a text “sorry we missed your call”. Also they keep changing the opening time. It was very convenient to grab breakfast on my way to work when they were open at 5am now it’s 7am. They never gave the community time to realize they were there and open at 5 am until they changed their hours. PLEASE WORK ON YOUR CONSISTENCY OF YOUR PRODUCT AND BE OPEN FOR YOUR COMMUNITY AT CONVENIENT HOURS. Suggestion narrow down your menu. Focus on what your best at doing “BISCUITS” ! The owner claims to be a notable chef/writer/cook but her recipes are those that we as customers get off Google. As her baker to open I made Disney Main Street Cinnamon Rolls see recipe on Google. Then her donuts are frozen you have to thaw then cook in oven she puts donuts with frosting, cinnamon rolls with glaze, and blueberry muffins in her cold case up front with pies that HARDENS EVERYTHING when you go to Perkins or Dunking Donuts do you see a cold case NO. This is an ahmazing resteraunt First so clean and beautifully decorated like a very clean barn Smiles, kindness, home-made food. Yum Yum. Pie showcased. Family owned business. Joseph so polite. Im not sure if it could have gotten any better lol but It made the food even better. The smash burger was delicious. Never have had so much generous of delicious bacon. My oh my What a treat.
