My husband and I live out of state, but our friends live down in AZ. We wanted to send them some flowers and I started online orders with multiple options online, but something kept not feeling like it wasn’t right. I found Yellow Flower Dream and began placing my order and they had exactly what I was picturing in my mind. I was thrilled to have found them and place my very sentimental, personal order with them.

I placed my order very late at night for the next day and when I woke up I had a text asking me to call about my order. When I called, they told me there was a couple flowers that were not available and she gave me different options of what she could do and was so amazing at creating an arrangement that was even more beautiful than the one I thought I was getting. They were so accommodating and added in even more flowers than what the bouquet had online to make sure this arrangement was extra special for my best friend and husband.

I then got a text when the arrangement was out to be delivered and pictures of what the bouquet turned out like and they nailed it! I am so impressed and I will never use anybody else down there for a flower arrangement and will always come back and recommend them to others. If you are looking for a florist in the Arizona area that takes pride in their work and follows through on every detail, Yellow Flower Dream florist is the one you want! I was looking to send a get-well arrangement to a friend in Surprise, Arizona who is recuperating from a broken leg. Calling from New York, I had no idea of which florist to use, and after reading reviews I called Yellow Flower Dream, and I am so glad I did. The owner of this florist, appropriately named, Lily, takes so much pride in her work and was so lovely on the phone. I explained what I’d like. Lily assured me that she would personally take care of this and would make sure that the loveliest arrangement was sent to my friend. But Lily went above and beyond. Besides delivering this arrangement, Lily messaged me with several photos of what my friend was receiving. Then she called my friend to make sure she received the flowers. My friend said that she knew they were at the front door, but she couldn’t get to them and would call a neighbor. A little while later, Lily called my friend again just to follow up to make sure my friend had the flowers. That is above and beyond! My friend called me soon after to thank me and to rave about this gorgeous arrangement and how it truly made her day. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My experience with their customer service was extremely disappointing. I placed an order to send my mother a beautiful bouquet of roses, but shortly after, I received a call stating that the flowers I had selected were no longer available. The representative gave me the option to either receive a substitute arrangement or cancel the order, but then claimed she was unable to process a cancellation. I chose to proceed with a substitute bouquet, trusting her judgment.

However, she then requested my current address, despite the fact that all my order details, including my billing and delivery information, were correct. I explained that I had recently moved to Texas from Arizona but had not changed my address, as I previously lived with my mother—the recipient of the flowers. Even after this clarification, she insisted on obtaining my current address, which made me uncomfortable as it was irrelevant to the order.

When I ultimately asked to cancel the order due to these issues, she abruptly hung up on me. I attempted to call back multiple times, only to have my calls repeatedly ignored or disconnected. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I will not be doing business with this...
