I got a call from my 91 year old mother saying her recliner broke and she would not get out of chair..her legs and hips are painfull. well i live 7 hrs away so needless to say i was in a panic. mom finally got out of chair but problem was still a issue...so i ran over to my good friends at drop box to see what they had in store. i purchased a very nice lift chair with heating and soft massage feature with a charge port for my moms addiction to her ipad! They helped me load it and box it up as i would be travelling with chair over the hills and through trees to grandmas house we go! we set up chair for my mom and she loved it right away. she said the vibration option was just right, not hurting her. she hit rhe button to lift her to a standing position and got the biggest smile on her face! now my mother never gushes or gives big reactions but she was smiling ear to ear and saying how wonderful the chair felt. She said thank you like 7 times...for a great quality chair at great price it was so worth going to drop box for kind helpfull people and making the trip to deliver. my mother and i give drop box a 6 star...
