I am here to say that I am in enormous debt to Kate Weeger and her team for supporting me through a couple of years of this challenging Pandemic and over our 30 year relationship. I have loved being in Private Service since I was 18 years of age. It takes a certain personality to love and appreciate this career. My experience of over 30 years as Private Chef/House Manager allows me to offer this recommendation of Town and Country. They are an invaluable tool to being placed in an environment that will be supportive and looks out for your best interest. I came to know Town and Country in the 90's and throughout the years of pursuing my "Forever Family" I have found the team to be patient, kind and very experienced in discerning what client would best serve my needs as well as their client's needs. They have given me opportunities with the very best of the best High Net Worth Individuals in the Bay Area. With my experience I have a high standard when it comes to the client that I am going to dedicate my time to and serve with the utmost professionalism. I have been gifted over the years with such loving families that have welcomed me into their homes with open arms and generosity. There is a fine line to walk within the Private Service arena requiring an in depth understanding of confidentiality and the extreme etiquette that has to be engrained in a person's nature. Town and Country entrusted me with their finest HNW clients, as they realized that my experience would be received with great appreciation and that I would do a great job and I am eternally grateful as I have to say that I am now with my "Forever Family". It is the perfect fit and I am so happy. They are just what my vision was and Kate knew to send me their way. I have been blessed again with the joy that comes with being able to work in a home with small children as a Private Chef. The guidance and the dedication that I have received from Kate over the years has served me to learn what is mine to do and know how to stay in my lane. This has lead to a position that is in the 6 figure income bracket, on payroll, vacations, sick pay, standard holidays and a set schedule that is a dream job!!! I came to know Town and Country over 30 years ago when they offered me one of the top Private Chef positions in the Bay Area as renowned author Danielle Steele's Chef. I did not take the position, as I had decided to become a mother and take a leave from this most beloved career. In hind sight....I now have the best of both worlds!!! The most beautiful grown children of my own and my dream job! Who could ask for anything else? I am overjoyed with the journey I been on with Town and Country. I am writing as a job seeker :). Town + Country is a top-notch agency which consistently delivers the best and the brightest positions that the Bay Area (and beyond!) has to offer; I was blown away by the families and interviews that I was being connected with. I applied as a nanny and was also amazingly pleased with the amount of job postings. I just looked on the website right now (8/6/2022) and counted 34 (literally 34!!!) job advertisements. And how many of those were under $30 per hour? Zero. Absolutely zero. And for example many are listed as $30-$35+ or $35 - $40+, with other positions listed at $45+ - $50+.

The staff is also amazing in so many ways, most of all in regard to their attentiveness and assistance. I worked closely with Recruiting Counselor Kate Ray and it was a great experience from start to finish. Kate fought hard for me, answered any questions I had (every step of the way !!), consistently sent me new job ideas, and served as an expert guide on this sometimes arduous journey. And when she was busy or out of the office, there was Jessica Bahamondes ready and willing to step right in and help in any way possible.
