Wish there was a less than zero option. Horrible experience, very rude customer service from the start, Chris argued with me as to who we bought our vehicle from last time we dealt there, then became condescending and rude when corrected several times. Frank wanted me to tell them how other dealers got our approval, then was rude after I told him to take us off the mailing and email list. They have sent constant mailings about wanting our trades and to return to the dealership, so we do just to be treated like garbage. Franks returned email after telling them to remove us. "Ok,,,,,,,. Your choice..," Written exactly as it is here. Super professional. Sadly, in the past, we dealt with Traci, who was absolutely amazing and had us in and out fast, knew the deal before getting there, and was incredibly professional and kind. Unfortunately, we will not be returning, nor will we ever recommend their dealership again to anyone. We are locals, and there are not many dealerships close, but I'd rather travel across the state to buy a car. Which I have done and now will continue to do. If this is how they treat everyone, I can now see why they beg for business and use false advertisements to lure customers in. I found an ad on Facebook marketplace for a truck that caught my eye. It was a used low mileage truck that was in amazing condition. I contacted Dennis who had posted the ad, he was so helpful with all my questions and concerns about the truck. I live in Iowa which is 800 miles away from the dealership so Dennis sent me all the pictures and videos I asked for of the truck to be sure this was the best fit for me. Dennis was very patient with me and he never was pushy about making a sale. I was treated very nicely and they went above and beyond for me. I flew from Iowa to Pittsburgh PA and when I got into town Dennis had a driver pick me up from the airport and drive me the 2 hours to to the dealership, now that’s amazing customer service!!! Once I arrived and looked in person at the truck it was exactly what Dennis explained it was and I was so pleased. Thank you Dennis for making my purchase go great! VERY small dealership, Courteous sales person, While working a deal on a vehicle, the dealership traded the vehicle to a sister dealership without letting me know. They worked the deal with me, we all came to a happy agreement and was excited to pick up the vehicle. Thats when they told me the vehicle was in transit back to the dealership. I didn't know it left the dealership. How do you work a deal with a potential customer on a car you no longer have?!?!?

The first time the dealership looked at my trade in vehicle, they appraiser valued my car FAR below average trade. The reasoning they used was their car was price below market so they couldn't give me fair market trade in for mine. What kind of dealership does that?!?! Selling a car they no longer have speaks volumes for the integrity of the dealership. I would tell you to run, not walk away from this dealership.
