Edit to original review: Matthew contacted me and informed me there was glitch in the system and a return should have generated through Shop and it did not. Urban Supply was able to correct the issue and my return authorization was sent to me and I was able to ship back my order! Original Review:I Ordered product from this company. When I got it home, I tried numerous times to connect and it simply wouldn’t connect. So I emailed The customer service email and received a response from a Matthew Salvatore. I asked if I could return the product and he said yes yet there was no return address label attached to the email so I waited and waited and I sent an email back stating I have not received the return label.. He then informed me that one should’ve been attached, didn’t send another one. So I waited and I waited and I waited and I sent another email out stating I still have not received the return label to ship the product back. Now I haven’t heard from him or the company. So now there is 60 some odd dollars wasted because I have something that isn’t working. They have a five star review from four people… I guess I should’ve figured that out from the Beginning.
