Vernondale Store — Local services in Sutton

Although this store's website and Google information denote that it has "24-Hour Gas Service" it does not. Due to this misinformation, I and my party were stuck at Vernondale Store in the middle of a freezing March night for more than an hour waiting for AAA to arrive with gas. If the website's information was correct, we would have not trusted to venture to a small business. Truly disappointed and we will never return...

Great atmosphere, food, etc. The owner(s) are very friendly as are the employees. The place has a restaurant inside, which is what I know it for, and everything from the chicken fingers to the burgers to the french fries, you won't be let down. Everything is very affordable as well. If you are ever in the area, I suggest stoping in and grabbing a bite to eat, while taking in the classical country store...

Place isn’t bad if you can get in. Hours posted online are never right because owner is lazy and closes it like 5 days out of the the week. Worst part is that there is always a stupid excuse on the door like “ ran out of water” when the store is right next to a lake. And I highly doubt that the well would go dry when it’s right...
