Do not use this business. I brought my laptop in because I was having problems with my browsers crashing and was getting some blue screens. He cleaned some dust out of my computer and put a trial virus program (I had a virus program) on my computer and said it was fixed. He charged me $300. I got it home and the keyboard did not work. Never had this problem. He forgot to reattached the ribbon. I took it back to him and he repaired the keyboard. The first time I used it, the browsers started crashing. It was not but a half an hour before I got the first of many blue screens. At this point, I had had enough. I asked for my money back. He refused and wanted another chance to "fix" my computer. He said it was not about the money. He said he would not charge me for what ever else he had to do to fix it. I told him if it were not about the money, to just give it back and I would be a happy customer. He refused. He also told me my warranty with him would be void if I had someone else look at it. Though itntook a couple of attempts,he persevered and didnt give up until he found a solution. SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION!!! Last year I took my computer to him. I had Vista on my Dell. All he had to do was upgrade to windows 7. Instead he kept my computer for 3 days and it would have been longer if I did not knock on his door and ask for my computer. Apparently, I woke him from his nap at 2pm. My computer was not fixed!
