Game One — Local services in Swanton

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Our organization ordered a few jackets for our team. Prior to ordering, we specifically asked for sizing charts so we could order accurately. Upon arrival, two of our jackets when measured, were much smaller than the sizing charts we were provided with. I contacted our sales rep, Gage, right away. He assured me that due to an error on their part, they would provide replacements for free. This was back in April 2025.

Fast forward to September 2025, we still have not received our replacements (just two jackets). In fact, I’ve needed to reach out numerous times to check on the status of the jackets in which I was promised over and over that he would check and see where it was.

In summary, do not do business with this company. They have poor quality clothing, sizing that doesn’t even fit or make sense, poor communication and the worse customer service. Save yourself the headache and do your business...

HORRIBLE CHEAPLY MADE!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Sizes are not true to size!!!! The quality of their products is poor. I don't know how the expect you to workout with them. You can easily rip these apart! See pic attached!!!!!
