Bill sprayed our spruce trees in June, we paid for the first treatment and were promised two more, each one a month apart. He has not been back, we can't talk to him, get the same run around from our phone calls, which have been several, that he is SO busy! Well he should not have taken the job if he couldn't handle it. We could have hired someone else for this half hour job and saved our trees so we now have 4 blue spruce with one treatment and now in danger of losing them.
