Driving home to FLA from TN, and the car started shaking badly, we were half hour from an exit, as we got closer to the exit, the tire pressure indicator came on, down to 30 psi, 29, 27, 20 as we got off the exit. Coming down the ramp, like an angel from heaven, is Allen's tire--OPEN LATE! Pulled right in,just in time. Although working on another vehicle, Louie came running out with a big smile, said I'll be right with you, had us pull up a bit, thats when we saw, our tire treads were shreadded...ready to go...this was no nail in the tire. As soon as he could he got to ours, no questions asked, just pulled the tire off, got a new one on, and we were back on the road in under 30 mins. Mind you, there was NOTHING else at this exit that we could see. We had the dog with us and Louie and Michael were super nice to him. Seriously they are our saviors and we can not thank them enough, more than fair prices, thankfully they had what we needed....Seriously can I give these guys ten...

Driving on I-75, well over two hours from home, I hit a massive rock and completely blew out a tire. I was all the way down to the rim by the time I got to the side of the road, so I threw on the spare and Googled tire shops nearby. Allen's came up with strong reviews, so I stopped in. I thought the rim was ruined, so dollar signs were racing through my head for a new rim and tire. However, the team at Allen's was absolutely amazing. The tech actually took time to smooth out the inner part of the rim, saving it from the junkyard. They had a new tire ready to go, and it was balanced and on the car in less than 15 minutes. Allen charged an unbelievably good price, and I was on my way. They could have easily gouged me, but it clearly wasn't even a consideration.
