Food Lion — Local services in Sylvania

Still a lot of work going on in the store. But here is a bright spot. Stop by this week to use the restroom and find out the ladies restroom was closed I stood there in shop because I really need to go to the bathroom and I saw they had the men women side on the men's bathroom. I said oh no, I do not want to go in a men's bathroom! And I stood there and finally saw a man come out of the restroom. So I peeked in and saw that the restroom look clean. It did not smell horrendous like most men. Restrooms do. Sorry boys and it was actually clean inside....

One star for the deli. The lady taking cake orders got mine wrong. We clearly said the 7th, but she wrote down the 14th. I already had a bad feeling because she looked confused while we were giving the order. Now today, there’s no cake, and I had to grab a plain one from the freezer. The service at this Food Lion is already not great, and this just makes me want to stop shopping here. They really need better workers and managers who know what they’re doing when...

Been here many times. Mostly good experiences but today we bought chicken from the deli (strips) and it tasted rotten. I always hope that people who handle our poultry and fish will we be careful enough so it wont hurt anyone when consuming. Luckily we only ate one piece. Thats all it took to tell it was bad. They seemed unconcerned and looked as if it was just another customer complaint. I hope that they took it off the deli...
