This place sucks. They told me they were going to tk my card off file when I went in and told them me nor my friend would be coming bk because my friend moved away. Now come to find out they never took my card off. Been taking free money from me for 8 months. Exactly $178 . When I found out and went to the manager about this he was rude. I told him I would take a member ship for as long as $178 will get me. Cause I know he didn't want to come up off my money. He then told me he could only give me 3 months which equal to $75. Before i could say any thing else he said there was no need to ask for any thing different because he wasn't going to do any more then that for me. If I wasn't happy with that I could dispute it with the bank. Knowing that the bank wasn't going to give me my money back due to there policy of have a sign off on the account. Also know when I came in to talk to have my card removed he never offered to let me sign off any thing . But told he was removing my card and nerve did. He only have a few customer. Guess that's how he keep his business going . Stealing from the others. Equipment old and ran down. No music. I have been coming to this gym for more than 10 years. As a black woman to be approached and asked am I suppose to be here is unnecessary. Especially after I scan my pass and sign in. I have health conditions ,which sometimes I have someone to accommodate me for my health conditions and breathing problems. There were many others that were behind me that came in of an different race and they were asked no extra questions. The lady stated she been there for about an year and said she never saw me. Tabor Gym was very enjoyable for me as I had just moved in the area from California two months ago and I was looking forward to finding a workout place to get back into my routine!. I am so glad that I can say that I am very happy about this spot, for one it's like three minutes from my home and two it's a 24/7 opportunity for me day or night to give my body what it needs to stay strong 💪 and functioning as possible so I can continue to enjoy my life as normal as possible.
