Recently I took my Surface Pro 2 tablet to iCustom to replace the battery. This is not the first time I have used iCustom for an electronic repair and it certainly won't be the last. Another wonderful experience. Valentine and his wife are fantastic to work with. They are reasonable with prices and very good at performing the repairs. Replacing the battery in my particular Surface Pro tablet is a difficult, time-consuming, and tedious task. Valentine stuck with it until the job was complete. He ran into difficulties with my particular tablet and I am sure he spent much more time working on it then he expected when giving me his estimate for the cost. He could have made excuses as to why the initial estimate needed to be raised. But he did not do this. He stuck by his original estimate and my Suface was repaired and returned to me with a brand new battery working perfectly at the cost he originally estimated. I wouldn't go anywhere else here in south Tampa to get a phone, tablet, or computer repaired. I've been to other places near me, but they just can't touch the service and the prices I get from Valentine at iCustom Repair. Thanks again for great service, fair prices, and another happy...

iCustom is a very helpful, customer-friendly, and honest business. My iPhone decided to jump out of my car, got ran over, and with the exception of a broken back panel, seemed fine. However, I could not unlock my phone. I figured the damage came down to damage to the digitizer or the motherboard. I called iCustom & explained my situation, and the gentleman I spoke with (owner?) suggested I stop by so he can take a look.

I expected that when I stopped by there will be some sort of charge to diagnose the problem even if it was irreparable. I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped by! He was quick to assist, examined my phone, and even tried plugging in a new screen to rule out a damaged digitizer. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the digitizer so it’s likely a fault with the motherboard.

Although he wouldn’t be able to fix the problem, he suggested I reach out to a local data recovery business if I wanted to recover the data on my phone, wished me luck, and didn’t charge me a dime for his time. There are very few helpful and honest businesses these days, so if you’re looking for one to repair your phone, I highly recommend you contact...

I originally visited icustom due to the great reviews. What happened after that shows they really go above and beyond for their customers... I previously bought an iPhone off of offer up that wasn’t unlocked. They offered to fix the screen and unlock my phone for a very reasonable price. However, due to apple changing the updates my phone was too updated for it to be unlocked. We agreed on a price for a new phone & bc of the inconvenience they gave me a screen protector and a case to go with it. To ensure my phone was set up properly, he was a little busy so I told him I would be back a little later to pick up my phone. The next thing that happened was few and far fetched... When I got home, my water broke and I was rushed into labor (no lie) . They actually set up and delivered my phone to the hospital before I even delivered my baby.
