My wife and I love the custom home Bryan Thomas and Neil Robinson built for us. They went out of their way to build us an authentic farmhouse on our five acre estate. This was a big order when we signed the paper work because we were not asking them to build us the typical Mediterranean custom home. My wife and I knew there would be challenges, complications, etc throughout the process. However, with this being said... the team at Tamlin built us one of the most beautiful homes I have ever seen. This is saying a lot because we own a real estate firm and have the opportunity to see high-end homes all the time. From our soaring 20' fireplace to the reinforced 12" beams, real stone flooring, stained wood, rustic doors, professional grade appliances and 50 year old looking antiqued style 8" plank hardwood flooring... this home makes every inch of your body feel welcome when you come inside. I would recommend Tamlin Homes if you are looking for a quality built custom home. With this being said... if you are week at heart and looking for perfection throughout the whole process maybe building a custom home is not for you. I met Bryan and Neil two years before I chose them to build my house. The house is four years old now and I still have nothing but fantastic things to say about my experience and satisfaction with their construction. We have toured our house for many of their potential customers and have helped at least 3 families decide on Tamlin. They in returned were very happy with the product and they too let other potential customers tour their new homes. Picking out colors, flooring and granite is the easy part, their knowledge of building a house in Florida with out rotting out in 10 years is the reason I chose them. As a building scientist and a Certified Indoor Environmentalist that has worked with the majority of very high end custom home builders, I truly understand how the construction differs in hot humid climates vs Northern, and so do they. Picking out a builder is a major decision and building a house is a complex series of events. My recommendation to anyone is to ask your builder for a long list of references of customers, from that list call a few to see how satisfied they are. We love our new custom home! TamLin met the agreed schedule, budget (minus our own splurges), and quality. Coming from someone who works in the construction industry, this is a rarity.

Neil was a pleasure to work with day to day onsite - he's responsive, detail oriented, and went out of his way to make functional improvements to our design. Bryan, Ally, and the rest of the team made the front and back end of the project seamless.
