UPDATE: After posting the review below, I received a call from Jordan's, to inquire about my review. We discussed my shopping experience in the context of my comments, and Jordan's committed to issuing a credit for the delivery fees, in essence, restoring my Veteran's Discount.

The Associate I spoke with explained that their policy does not permit combining any promotions with other discounts, so my purchase remained ineligible for the 'No Hitter' promotion...

I understand, and I accept that that promotion cannot be combined with my Veteran's Discount. I am pleased that Jordan's refunded the delivery fees, and I have updated my review to 4-Stars. So many different factors influenced my 2-Star rating; some were 5-Star values, and some were ZERO-Star values, hence the BELOW AVERAGE rating...

I went to Jordan's to purchase a Queen Mattress Set, and on the way into the store, a Jordan's Associate noticed my 'Veterans' cap, and went out of his way to inform me that Jordan's had a 10% discount for Military Veterans. The Sales Associate who helped me confirmed this, and as we reviewed a number of different choices, we discussed the price-point needed to obtain free delivery. Since I was purchasing a mattress AND foundation, plus some accessories, our consensus was the purchase would easily meet the target price needed for free delivery. I even upgraded from my first choice mattress to ensure hitting the target price-point... HOWEVER, upon checkout, we were both surprised that the Veteran's discount dropped the price below that threshold, AND the Foundation was not considered in calculating the free delivery... So while my TOTAL purchase significantly exceeded the threshold for free delivery, the discounted Mattress price did not, thus I was charged 6% of the TOTAL cost for delivery, which effectively eroded my Veteran's discount to 4%.

Since delivery charge was computed based on the TOTAL price, I believe the Free Delivery service threshold should be based on the total price, and not just the Mattress price, after all, only one truck was used to deliver everything together.

Finally, also during checkout, I was informed that other promotions (notably, the 'No-Hitter' promotion) could not be applied because "only ONE promotion per transaction is allowed".

Never before have I been in a situation where a Veteran's Discount eliminates or cancels-out other available promotions; it is usually applied across the board as the final line-item -- Jordan's didn't even apply the Veteran's Discount to the over-priced delivery service!

While I cannot say this was a "Bait & Switch" situation, I will say that Jordan's Veteran's Discount policy is overshadowed by their other policies that reduce the...

Hello All!! I could never go without leaving my Jordan’s Furniture happiness here !! When I first purchased my home I filled my entire home with Jordan’s goodies …..32 yrs later I went back to Jordan’s to once again fill my home with Jordan’s goodies !! Always dreamed of a white bedroom set and I have it and absolutely love it so much. So I got to meet the new sleep lab techs who were rock stars and for the first time I have a tempurpedic king mattress and pillows. The best …all back aches are gone! I decorated my room with the coastal team just like they had at the show room and have lots of compliments !! Now more important than the materials we purchase are the people we meet along the way. First Elliot and all his team!! I got a few pieces trough the Covid challenging times and for sure am I tough customer for no single problem or dislike will pass trough my inspection but with a warm heart I can seriously tell you Jordan’s goes all the way to make sure you happy. From Sales, techs, delivery teams, and their top management, warehouse management, office management, delivery manager ….truly impossible to find anywhere else. There is no one that can ever ever stand above This team and care for your needs trust me as I speak for my own experience !! And for that not only am I forever happy with my furniture but even happier to have had the chance to cross pads with these amazing humans. I will continue to spend my money there whenever needed ….a bit soon for my electric recliner for I am still full of energy & young but when that day comes Jordan’s to the rescue. I LOVE Jordan’s Furniture!!! I bought a complete bedroom set. It’s named Aspen Radiatta. It’s got a distressed green rustic look that I just love because it doesn’t show any marks if it gets dinged at all. In 2018 I bought my bed with the adjustable platform to go with it and a mattress that sleeps like your on a cloud. I also purchased one two drawer nightstand that has a 3 way light underneath that is operated by touch on each side of the nightstand and as a bonus has a secret drawer inside that I didn’t even realize was there until a year later when something inside caught on it and it opened to my surprise. It also has 2 plugs in the back for plugging in lamps or phone chargers or whatever. My bed also has 2 USB ports on each side of the headboard for plugging in your phone or iPad or whatever. I have been watching the other pieces fearful they would be discontinued before I could get them and finally Memorial Day weekend 2020 with Jordan’s 60month 0% financing purchased the dresser and mirror and 4 drawer chest and also with the current offer of 15% off everything in store and free shipping bought the armoire. Another cool surprise is the chest has a rod on each side that pulls out for hanging purses or bags etc... and the bottom drawer also has a secret compartment underneath. I’ve never owned a bedroom set made with the excellent quality and features that this set has at such an affordable price. Now if I sound like I’ve been paid or benefitted in any way for my review I promise you I have not. I honestly just love Jordan’s furniture.
