Very bad experience with the company, I have been in liquor business for 14 years. I own more than six stores. I have deal with many companies, but Martignetti Is not a good company to deal with. The salesman are told to lie to us retailers about products they make you buy cases of stuff promising us retailers for goods But I haven’t seen anything they give us. I have a big chain of friends and family that are in this business and I suggest everybody to do business with different company if they’re caring the same product because trust me, Martnietti will not deliver what you were promised. I am stuck with them because they’re the only company that carry some of my products. Otherwise, I would not deal with them and I will make sure all my friends and my family members that are in Liquor business order the least they could from Martignetti and order more with Horizon MS Walker, Baystate and all other companies that carry the same product with the same price I am not saying this out for any kind of anger or frustration, but I am a genuine businessman and this is the truth. I hope you all find this helpful specially to all my Indian Liquor Store owners be very careful with Martignetti people. Please let me know if you have any questions about...

Mispicks, breakages, out of code product, sales representatives that dgaf and enter items incorrectly, don't tell you about deals, and many that plain just don't even show up. Takes weeks or months to get things picked up or credited. Its getting plain ridiculous. I am sending my orders to 6 different reps at two locations via text and they still manage to mess up.
I would rather get a kickback and no sales reps for doing business with Martignetti and just deal with a customer service rep that has access to all the deals etc. Makes no sense for myself or Martignetti to pay for these underperforming sales reps.
Management at Martignetti (that is higher than the local managers) if you are reading this - I would...

In addition to illegally running over traffic control devices and illegally blocking two lanes of travel, the driver was parked in such a way that it would prevent a fire truck from turning right from the fire station located 50ft away.
Please expect better of...
