I've been meaning to write this for over a week, but I've been super busy!
I called NXT last Friday afternoon to beg them to maybe try and work on my SeaDoo because we had family coming in from Ohio and they really wanted to ride over the weekend. I was pretty sure that I had sucked up something into the impeller, and told the shop that was likely the issue.
I was told that they would try to get to it late Friday, or maybe even Saturday morning, but they made no promises, and I was okay with that. Turns out that I didn't suck up anything into the impeller, and that it only needed new spark plugs. I got a call late on Friday letting me know I could pick up the ski on Saturday morning. They could have easily told me I need an impeller, wear ring, etc., but they didn't!! It's really nice to know there is an honest shop that goes the extra mile to help people and not charge an arm and leg to do it!
