Lake Isabella — Local services in Tehachapi

This area was all in the lake just a few weeks before the photos were taken. Accessed from over near the airport, there are lots of trails and lake/river bottom to explore. You'll need a 4wd to get too far out there in the dry sand or wet silty quicksand. If it looks dark, don't drive in it. Unless you want to get pulled out.
