Fast and had what I needed to get me on the road. My waterpump went out so I had to put a new one on. Quality of waterpump and belts was great. Now the thermostat was a different story. After getting everything done and went my first test my truck got 🔥 hot. I pulled the thermostat out and boiled it to see what temperature it open and that was 205° on a truck with a all aluminum motor that's not good its bad. So went back and got 2nd new it opened up at 202° so I Findley one to open 195° took 3 times. Its not the store but who built it. This is my favorite store to visit in Tellico Plains!! They have everything I need for my home and more! If they dont have it they will order it for you! The staff is extremely polite, professional, helpful with questions and just good people! The younger man is so easy to talk to and knows just about everything in the store and their vendors. I highly recommend Yates for all of your hardware...

Some* of the workers aren't always the nicest. I still would rather get stuff from here over a Walmart or lowes. It's nice to have a place that's close to my house.
