Booked a guided e-bike tour with lunch. After attempting to clarify details of the excursion over phone and email with no response, I showed up the day of at the specified address which was a dirt lot with cargo box containers, garbage, and various other detritus. No one was there. I called and left a voicemail and received a text asking if I needed assistance. I explained the situation and some time later a woman showed up who said she was the housekeeper. She proceeded to open a shed where some ebikes were piled. When I asked about the lunch or guided tour, she said she had no idea but could give me the owner's number. I called and it went to voicemail with a full voice mailbox. I did not use the ebikes, and contacted the company to receive a refund and received no answer. Indeed, the housekeeper told me the 1-800 number is set to go straight to voicemail, which was consonant with my experience as that happened every time the 5 or so times I called. In addition, after you sign up for the excursion (which is listed as non-refundable), you're then hit with mandatory tip fees while signing a waiver that you have to pay to go on the excursion. These mandatory fees are not disclosed until AFTER you've paid for the excursion, which commits you to a non-refundable trip, so if you don't want to pay the tip fees, you're out of luck because you've already paid for a non-refundable excursion. While I believe in tipping for good service, it should be voluntary. Otherwise, it's not a tip, but a fee that should be disclosed. Moreover, some of the fees (the driver "tip") didn't apply since I didn't have a driver. All in all, a very suspect company with hidden fees and exceedingly poor communication.

PURCHASER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We paid for and had everything set up. The morning of our tour, they even texted us with our driver's name and number. We show up at the Park-n-Ride, and no one ever came. We tried calling, IM'ing on Facebook, chatting online, etc. No answer. Finally, after an hour waiting at the Park-n-Ride, some lady calls and says she's the "property manager" and apparently, the driver called in sick. She said she has nothing to do with the wine tours. No one bothered to advise us. She came and picked us up and drove us to one winery. That was it. I've been trying to reach them to get our money back (they even made us PRE-PAY for a tip!!!!) and I cannot reach anyone. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with, and you can't reach ANYONE!!!!!! I would NEVER ever use this company. You'll never reach anyone. Oh, and they owe us several hundred dollars in a...

This company is a complete scam and I lost almost $300 to them. I bought a 2-person tour through Groupon and scheduled it which redeemed by voucher. I received a confirmation email and pick-up instructions the day of my tour. My party waited in the Temecula county park and and ride parking lot for over 2 hours without being able to contact our host or this company. We were never picked up and never taken on our tour. Since then, we have been attempting to make contact via email and phone to get a refund for our tour and the company will not respond to any attempts to contact. This is a complete scam, they will literally just steal your money and then refuse to contact you. One of the absolute worst businesses I have ever encountered - go literally anywhere else unless you want to be scammed out of...
