Eastlake Center — Local services in Temple Terrace

I visited all Uniforms today after calling prior to see if they had what I was looking for. Upon arrival I waited at the counter behind another customer. When it was my turn I stated why I was here. The lady said, do you know where the Polos are? I said no. I myself hadn't been there yet. My husband bought the first set of school uniforms. She pointed out where they were and was about to leave when I asked her if it was possible to see which sizes I git so far. We had bought 2 shirts for one of my boys and 3 for the other. She clearly wasn't thrilled to look it up. Wasnt very frieny at all. I then asked if I could find the sweaters there as well. And she said, they're in the backroom. What back room i thight to myself as I peaked into a room where someone was sitting at a desk, typing along, not acknowledging me. So I then walked up to someone se after looking through the sweaters I could find, but couldn't find the ones I needed. Those ones are all the way on top mind you, I'm 6ft tall. And I couldn't get to them. So how did the lady upfront expect me to get them down, knowing I was going to buy sweaters. Very poor uatomer service. Since they disnt have all the sizes I needed, even though I called prior to confirm tgey did, I asked if I could order 2 of a certain color such size When cashing out, I didnt realize I woud be charged for those right away so I declined. I used a coupon and asked towars the end with today's purchase if ai could get another and all she said was no ma'am. No, I'm sorry, we are onmy allowed to give iut one or anything else. No good bye. No have a great day. I've been in the hospitality industry for a long time and this was awful service. Made me feel very uncomfortable.
