The store is great. It was great when Gail owned it and even better now! Love going there. However, the owner is a very rude woman. She was rude when she was located in the church years ago. Also, the no restroom thing IS A BIG DEAL and she better realize this sooner than later! I had brought 2 friends from out of town there and had driven an hour to get there. We shopped and had at least $100 of items that we were each going to purchase. When I asked if we may please use the restroom, I was told , rather RUDLEY, that there is no public restroom. That being said, we all put our items down where we stood and left. So she lost at least $300 worth of sales for not letting us use the restroom. GAIL always had the restroom open. "act like an adult don't disassemble tools", "don't unroll the rugs", "don't touch", "no XL bags allowed", "ask for assistance" I get it, the items are fragile and they don't want theft, but they are in most stores and this was kind of excessive. it made shopping much less enjoyable. I was scared to touch anything lol. in my opinion, there are much better places to shop. it also felt like there were more local craft booths...
