Everything is overpriced, and there are passive-aggressive signs everywhere. Everywhere you go, there’s an annoying sign. I walked into the shop intending to buy some Christmas decorations, but I left because the signs made me uncomfortable

This place just keeps getting better and better. Sooo many things to look at. A nice mix of new and old... some real treasures.

The store is great. It was great when Gail owned it and even better now! Love going there. However, the owner is a very rude woman. She was rude when she was located in the church years ago. Also, the no restroom thing IS A BIG DEAL and she better realize this sooner than later! I had brought 2 friends from out of town there and had driven an hour to get there. We shopped and had at least $100 of items that we were each going to purchase. When I asked if we may please use the restroom, I was told , rather RUDLEY, that there is no public restroom. That being said, we all put our items down where we stood and left. So she lost at least $300 worth of sales for not letting us use the restroom. GAIL always had the restroom open. You want people to browse and make purchases? You better open up your restroom and be polite to your customers. If your not a people person and willing to do that, you shouldn't be in...

I normally don’t write reviews but The women behind the counter. Assuming the owner, is rude and doesn’t respect customers. Just want to make the store aware that Massachusetts is one of only 16 states that recognizes Ally’s law. I suggest you look it up and educate yourself. My husband didn’t want me to cause a scene but it was hard for me to bite my tongue. Was is because he was a black man? Would you have let a cancer patient or pregnant mother use your bathroom? It’s incredibly important to realize not everyone has a visible disease. MA Legislature, General Law Part IV, Title I, chapter 270 section 26 … Use of employee restroom by customer suffering from eligible medical condition or using ostomy device; non-liability; penalty for violation. please do some research and educate yourself and employees. This is unacceptable. Could also try being a decent...

stopped in to check this place out, not really impressed. it is kind of expensive and almost every time you turn around there is a sign not to touch anything. "act like an adult don't disassemble tools", "don't unroll the rugs", "don't touch", "no XL bags allowed", "ask for assistance" I get it, the items are fragile and they don't want theft, but they are in most stores and this was kind of excessive. it made shopping much less enjoyable. I was scared to touch anything lol. in my opinion, there are much better places to shop. it also felt like there were more local craft booths...
