I’ve been going to Brazilians & Brows for some time now. It’s always a little awkward when you first start with someone new, but Amanda made me feel comfortable right away. She made conversation and I almost forgot she was ripping hair out from my under carriage. I’ve been back many times, getting different areas waxed. Zero complaints. Had a wax removal with numbing and mask then a sugaring hair removal. Amanda is amazing! She warned me about the more sensitive areas she was pulling from before hand, walked me through the whole process, along with educating me on the differences of the two. There was no awkwardness between us. She remembered I had kids and asked about them. She does not push products on you just gives advice on each product and the benefits from them. Brandy is the BEST. I had a bad experience at a different shop that made me uncomfortable talking about politics during my wax and continued to ask me to come early to my appointments so I switched to Brazilians and Brows.
