I called ahead to see if they had an OTC medication I needed. The employee asked several questions as if she was interested & trying to be helpful. After maybe a minute (as she was supposedly looking), she said they didn't have it. I thanked her and she was very nice & gracious as she told me to have a nice day and we hung up. My husband said he was going to stop by there and check if they actually had it (as we've experienced this at other stores) before driving on to Walmart. Guess what. They had a "shelf full of it"!
