This is the Number One Place 1️⃣ to have a birthday party for your children. The Staff are the absolute best with Great Welcoming service! The cake was a 3 tier sports cake with butter cream icing and when I was coming the cake was starting to melt so the staff was so kind to make room the refrigerator until we were ready for it !!!! Most Important for all to know is that You Are Not Rushed to have your child's party !!! The children can choose where they would like to venture!! And the Pizza is Not a hot and ready it is baked at the time of your party even if you're running late they will not prepare it until you are ready!!! Chandler is the most spirited patient person to have as a host. She not only spent her time with the children but made sure we as adults enjoyed ourselves. But I will tell you when you go there have her give you the train ride it's her favorite!! I think she has more fun watching you have fun riding it,lol. 🎢 The party manager is very kind hearted she welcomed me and let me set up even though I was an hour early!!! My table was cleaned sanitized and ready for me to decorate if I choosed or they have decorations for you also. About 30 family and friends came to celebrate my grandsons 7th birthday with us 🥳 Some family members came from Houston, Yoakum and Cuero and no one had a bad comment about anything!!!! They all said they had a lot of fun and will be revisiting when they come back to Victoria !!!! The price of everything was very reasonable for adults as well as children and there was enough space for everyone to enjoy having fun!! Very clean place. Luke was very helpful and thoughtful!! I thought mini golf could have been designed better. It was fairly easy to lose a ball in the water. After a fun round of golf went inside for some food and games. Had chili nachos and a pickle and they were delicious. While enjoying the snack there was a group of employees acting very unprofessional, they were roughly playing the arcade games. Then me and my family moved onto games. And this is where the experience goes bad. Won a lot of e-tickets and when I went to turn them in the owner/manger said the game was broken and shouldn't have been turned on and there was no way we should've won what we did. And seemed to be upset with us as tho it was our fault. Then they wouldn't redeem the amount that the paper said we won. They gave us the amount that they thought was "fair" and it wasn't close to the amount we won. I'm usually not one for complaining but this would not have been an issue had the rude and hurtful choice of words used by the managers had been more professional. If something you have is not functional then it is not the customers fault when it's used, it falls upon the owner to make sure it is not open to the public. They seemed to be upset with me and my family for winning the amount we did. And I ended up giving them all the e-tickets we won back to them. It would've been an awesome experience. Not many people. First impression was the place is CLEAN and the arcade was not outdated at all. There are games for all ages and priced reasonably. You can play games and collect tickets digitally on your play cards you can reload with ease. Not to mention the prizes you can trade in for your tickets were actually better than Chuck E Cheese or Peter Piper. The food prices were very reasonable. We surprisingly spent 4 hours here and had fun the whole time. The golf was a blast along with the mining activity for kids. The staff and owner were very friendly and very helpful. There was plenty of area to just sit under the shade outside and relax. Last but not least the restrooms were very clean. We will definitely be returning to test out those go karts we couldn't use due to the rain puddles...
