FieldHouse Training Center — Local services in Thayer

Not a bad place, went and paid for a membership and the blonde haired young lady acted like she didn't want to be there, gave very short curt answers, and a slight attitude when I asked questions...the place looks great but maybe some customer service training would be beneficial. UPDATE: I had to cancel my membership we just didn't use it that much as we have most at home, and the workers don't make the atmosphere comfortable at all. And people who aren't in shape they stare at. I got more if the same from them when I had to cancel the same person from before was absolutely rude to me the entire time I was in there. I HAD to wait for her manager to be in the building because most of their employees dont know how to delete someone from the system. Also their advertising was not correct, It said they had a sauna, they do not. when i asked about it they said oh its not hooked up yet and I STILL got charged every month for it, this is a pretty shady place, how does someone get charged for a service you do not have? I do not...
