Zero stars - Truck Driver Review
Store manager, Joshua Chambers located at store #721 in Alma, TX is the reason for the negative review. He is not educated on returns, phone and card payments. He asked me to read the return policy as if I'm not a college educated American who excelled in reading & English. He got upset because I told him I was well aware of the return policy and that I would reach out to the store manager where I originally purchased the item from. He explained he's not returning the item because he didn't want to and said he'd be chewed out by Loves corporate members. I explained to him that he was making the return difficult by refusing to accept the card I purchased the item with. He then said he's not returning the item because I was being rude. I took a picture of his name tag and told him I would contact the corporate office. He has poor customer service skills and should be educated on card payments and returns when working in customer service. Also the store will have showers needing cleaning but will wait until there is a long line of waiting customers before they begin to clean the showers causing customers to walk around the store waiting for clean showers. They also fail to clean the showers and toilet properly after each use.
Update: An hour later I took the same item with the original receipt to Loves in Fairfield, TX and the store manger Walter politely returned the same item hassle free. Walter displayed great customer service and was educated on card payments and...

Now GET THIS. This all occurred between 230 pm and 400 pm on a Friday so they had until at least 900 pm to get at what was WRONG with my truck,,

They have a sign on the door that READ no work can be done because OF short staffed. This is a SPEEDCO!!!!!! We have a company/corporate account here and for the last 6 weeks we were unable to get our trucks serviced. It didnāt matter we tried at all times during the day, weekends also but still no luck. This shop here in St.Joseph, MO 64507 only has one guy here and the two service trucks are parked. Nine times out of ten heās probably running road services also. It just amazes me how you guys continue to drop the ball and your prices keep going up. And who ever idea it was to put a tire pass lane at the pumps should be fired. That program didnāt even work out for the first 30 days after it was installed. The techs never had time to come and provide that service at any location!!!!! But one thing I do know is TA would never!!! Most drivers I talk to only park at LOVES bc the spots are free and now that really all you guys...
