BAKER GROCERY STORE — Local services in Thetford

It is great to have a small supermarket in Thetford serving the local needs in various Thetfords including 'hill' 'center' 'north' 'east' as well as River Road across the river in NH. I am glad to be able to bike here from home weather permitting. During Covid times especially, though in fact always, local small grocery stores are an essential and more sustainable (than megastores many miles away) community service. Wings has improved its fresh veg selection, and has a regular supply of excellent buttermilk from Maine. Plenty of long shelf life goods available. A decent convenience store, a small grocery store actually. Produce is a weakness as it is limited and often not terribly fresh. Wine and beer selection, but also somewhat limited.
