Let me be brutally honest: this place is a complete embarrassment to the service industry. If youāre looking for a hot meal and basic human decency, go somewhereāanywhereāelse.
We sat down, placed our order, and waited. And waited. And waited. Our food never came. When we finally asked, the server gave us the laziest excuse imaginable: that she was ābusy with a big top.ā Cute. Except that so-called ābig topā was already mid-meal when we arrived. They had their food. They were eating. She wasnāt serving themāshe was ignoring everyone else under the pretense of being overwhelmed.
The truth? She wasnāt busy. She was lazy, unprepared, and utterly incapable of doing her job.
She was also nasty. I watched her shut down an elderly couple like they were nothingāthrowing her hand in their faces, shouting āHold on!,ā and walking away like a petulant child. It was humiliating to witness, and even worse to realize: no one did a thing about it.
When I tried to ask about food allergens for my childāa legitimate, health-based questionāI was met with a blank stare and a cold shoulder. She walked off mid-sentence without even attempting to help.
And management? Nonexistent. I reached out directly and was completely ignored. No apology. No follow-up. No accountability. Just cowardice.
Hereās the truth: your restaurant is a clown show, run by people who clearly have no standards, no spine, and no respect for their customers. You failed on every levelāservice, communication, safety, and leadership.
You wasted our time, disrespected our family, and put my child at risk.
Shut the doors or get your act together. Either way, youāve earned this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am beginning to perceive this establishment as discriminatory. Initially, Morgan, the waitress, refused to check on me, particularly if I am a certain race. This behavior is not indicative of racial profiling, but it is unacceptable and warrants attention. I was hesitant to leave a review until the bartender with glasses, who works in the morning, became aware of my complaint to the manager, Brogan. Brogan promptly resolved an issue I had. However, after speaking with her, the bartender became upset and even disparaged me, despite me not being her waitress in a different section. I can attest to this because she was overly dramatic when she ābartender with glassesā goes out her way to inform everyone that I was a troublemaker and causing problems pretty much saying that to my face when i later enter the bar side ātrying to be funny about it like i wasnāt going to catch onā, which i never once caused any problems or made a scene. This establishment urgently needs a significant turnaround if it is going to treat guests of color in this manner. I strongly advise against spending money here and continue your patronage elsewhere. Brogan is undoubtedly a five-star manager, but the treatment of her employees is unacceptable. Additionally, the night bartenders are pleasant, but the morning shift staff between the bar and dinner service requires specialized assistance. Be particularly vigilant with Morgan, as she is only there for her paycheck and will not provide...

I'm on a road trip to Virginia from Washington for work, it's a long day of driving and my family and I are hungry, and ready to check into a hotel. This place looks cool, and the internet says good things. At 1650 my family and I have a seat, wait ten minutes and nothing happens. At 1700 we think maybe we have to inform someone we're there, so my step-daughter goes to the clerk and let's them know. He says he already saw us and someone will be with us soon and sends her back with a single menu. We wait another five minutes (1705) and another family walks in. They sit at the table beside us, the clerk acknowledges them (we never even received that courtesy). Within 2 minutes they have drinks and a full table's worth of menus, looks directly at us then goes back to the register. Between then and the time we finally decided to leave this establishment (at 1725) several families came and either sat down and were served or approached the register and were served in some other capacity. We finally decided to leave and eat fast food after arriving at our hotel. I don't know what was so different about my family and me and the other patrons aside from my pigmentation being a bit redder/brown and in the military but I don't understand why we were refused service. It's a place I'll never see again due to the nature of my work but I'd never stop again if it was the last...
