I'm a retired farmer and we have always raised & butchered our families meat ourselves, We sold the farm & downsized. Well shopping in the local grocery stores we soon found out the meat was not for us. I ordered a half of beef from Eader's back when the Big Pandemic hit & everything was going crazy, I'm sure they were overwhelmed with orders with everything that was going on. Remember when you couldn't find toilet paper, well beef was scarce too. It took them a little longer than they quoted , but stayed in touch & were very polite & courteous on the phone. And on a final 3rd call they simply said "I dont know" Then they voluntarily canceled the order because of a bad review based on their poor customer service.
