I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM FOR YEARS AND THERE SERVICES HAS WENT DOWN HILL, I HAD TO TAKE 4 different alternators off on different occasions for them to tell me, let me change the regulator. I had the alternators tested at the dealers and multiple places and the alternator was the problem. WHEN I WANTED A FULL REFUND, ONE OF THE OWNERS RAISES HIS VOICE AND TRYS TO GIVE ME A CHECK WHEN I GAVE HIM CASH. Terrible service, attitudes are ridiculous especially towards black people. I HAVE BEEN A MECHANIC FOR 20 years and dealing with them for 12, I WOULD NOT I REPEAT WASTE A DIME WITH THESE GUYS. I BOUGHT ONE FROM OREILYS CAR RUNS PERFECT. They will change the regulator or tell you to check your wiring....
