On February 14th I was driving on I20 going west in the Pyote area when I had two flat tires at the same time. The snow was terrible so I had to pull to the shoulder and I started calling roads services. I called about 15 different tire shops and even tired loves road service. Loves road service promised to show up and they never did. I called again and they said they told me that the service was canceled because of the weather, but never let me know. During the night, I saw on the yellow pages one company called DIESEL RESCUE SEMI & TRUCK REPAIR TOWING TIRES and they ask for a EFS check to show up. I trusted him to show up and they stole my money. The next day I was still trying to get help and I called several numbers again and no one wanted to help me out. Then I found the West Texas Flat Service number and talk to Albert. He was able to show up with tires in less than an hour. It's no surprise this guy has a 5.0 rating. I'm sure he's helped many truckers, but we had an RV flat and couldn't get one of the lugs off, which had been tightened with one of those air-compressor lug tighteners, and it had stripped the rivets on the outside. We didn't see any way for him to get it off, but 1.) he did, 2.) charged an outrageously low fee (we tipped him), and 3.) He sent us on our way to a place he recommended in Monahans (that's another review).
