GQT Three Rivers 6 — Local services in Three Rivers

I was quite disturbed to see the way what it seemed to be corporate treat their managers. This poor kid did nothing but good after our A.M show black widow would not start this morning. He offered us refunds and a rain check also, he was extremely apologetic about the technical malfunction that had occurred. You could tell he was very stressed out and was trying to quickly and effortlessly solve problem. Every time I stop by he always does such an amazing job. (His service is quick, and is always so friendly and welcoming) So to whoever the big guy in the grey GQT movies shirt is… being extremely rude and yelling at your OWN employees, you need to be fired. That is no way to treat anybody and especially if you’re supposed to be their role model.

Our family loves this theater. The staff is helpful and the prices are very reasonable.

Today, there was some confusion while getting refreshments and the cashier accidentally gave the wrong change for a large bill. We realized the shortage after we had left the theater. When we went back to explain what happened, we learned that the manager had discovered the mistake and had sent us an email (from the rewards card used), so we could return for the money.

I was so pleased with their honesty and customer service. I highly recommend...

My wife and I have been going there for several years now, 30-35 times a year. We’ve always enjoyed the theatre but it is expensive popcorn. Last week while there during a movie I went to grab a water and they don’t sell water bottles so I asked for a cup of water, they gave me it and charged me $5 . I’m still pissed about that. Been going there for years now spending $25 at least every time and they charge for a water. I think that’s ridiculous. Other than that we like the theatre. Nile is much cheaper...
