They overcharge, and refuse to do work because they say you need new parts, and they'll be perfectly fine. Went first time to get a tire alignment they said it would cost almost 700 dollars for new parts, and to install it. I got the parts for 115, and had them installed for about 50 dollars. Went back again they said it needed a new bushing and they couldn't do the alignment. So I took it to another Mechanic we looked at it, and it was perfectly fine. Took my truck to Beckley and they aligned it said everything was good. I would never recommend this place, and I would never give them another penny. Don't waste your time going here. Always upfront reasonably priced and efficient. Ive purchased tires and have mechanical work done with no problems for the past 25 years. Averted disaster when an O ring on my oil filter snapped and most of the oil leaked out enroute to my home after an oil change..I didn't realize what the problem was until the oil light came on. The owner was not defensive and told me they would cover any costs if my motor was damaged. At the garage they inspected the motor and took the fram filter off. The O ring was severed. Absolutely the best! Not only did the owner answer my call for help 2 minutes from quitting time, he came to our rescue after two flats on 64 after hitting something. It was nothing but service with a smile. The guys that work for him stayed over till he was able to bring us a tire so we could make it back to his shop. We went ahead and had all the tires changed to match. They were absolutely great the whole time. Have definitely made new friends and a happy experience from what could have been disaster.
