OMG does the “lady”(?) at the shipping desk ever have a BAD attitude and ZERO PEOPLE (customer) SKILLS! *Evans Fruit if you are reading this review I STRONGLY recommend you move this employee to a non-customer-contact role. She does your company absolutely nothing positive in her customer interactions and gives you a very black-eye!

Moving beyond “Miss Personality” at the shipping desk, the facility is as follows: good parking scale on site overnight parking NO porta-potty that I saw although there may be on somewhere on site. easy in/out of docks Many “Do this DON’T DO THAT” signs posted threatening driver fines for failure to comply (The Fruit Nazi’s)?

In general, although money and effort have been put into this facility they seem to have lost focus on Customer Service and Respect towards those of us that transport their product to market and keep them employed!

Location has potential but comes across as very TOXIC!

The staff and order there are way above average. Cut my hand accidentally. The gal running the freight desk dressed my baldly cut hand personally. Then at their own inconvenience kept my truck and trailer in the door while the warehouse supervisor drove me without a single complaint to not 1 or 2 or 3 but 4 different places to get my hand stitched up.
