The guitar played very well off the stand - I played the guitar in multiple tunings and capo - No buzzing or tuning problems. Karl allowed me as much time playing the guitar as I wanted ( big difference from other locations) I was ready to buy it before I even plugged it in!! wrote them an email on their website email form. no response. found them on Reverb so I messaged them there about buying a guitar. they responded rudely and told me to "try again" on their website - did that - no response. best I can figure is that these are old timer country folk who are afraid of the internet let alone doing business anywhere else than on their premises and asking specifically for "cash". I wonder if the IRS ever checks their records. bottom line - nasty business people in...

I visited the Guitar Barn today and it was a wonderful experience. It's got a very cool vibe and the owners are both gracious and knowledgeable.
